This building has a overflow parking area that has a fence around it. The partnership is fully cleaned each week after use. Fresh linens are placed into the unit. Departing partners have just a few things to do prior to leaving....clean all kitchen items and return to there place. Remove the trash and food from the unit and taken all linen and out in the master bath. There are many places to eat and shop just minutes from the Pinnacle. Change over is on Saturdays and check out time is at 10Am and check in is at 4PM. Inside photos will be posted around 11/14. Buyer suggest check the square footage measurements them selves. The total heated and unheated were taken from the developers brochure.
